Stores within Estella Place, except Haidilao, KFC, Happy International Clinic, Quest Labs and some other stores. Please contact Estella Place directly for specific information at the time of card use. Cards can be used for multiple payments. This gift card cannot be converted to cash and cannot be used to withdraw money from ATMs. Please check with store staff before making payment. Purchased gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. According to Vietnamese law effective from July 1, 2025, cash payments for transactions exceeding 5 million Vietnamese Dong are not permitted. According to Decree 232/2025/NĐ-CP, gold and jewelry stores such as PNJ, SJC, Diamond World and Tierra Diamond will not accept Gift Card payments for gold jewelry invoices valued at 20,000,000 VND or more. According to Saigon Centre regulations, in order to comply with legal regulations related to personal data protection and to verify customer identity for Saigon Centre gift card purchase transactions ("transactions") paid through bank cards, we only accept payment when the cardholder is the person performing the transaction. For large-value transactions (from 100 million VND or more) or when necessary, customers may be required to present identification documents for verification and comparison before completing the transaction.
